1. Who are your delivery partners?
ONEZARA uses J&T Express as our delivery partner.
2. What are the delivery charges?
Currently, the delivery charges are as listed below:-
i. West Malaysia:
First 2kg is RM6.
Every additional 1kg henceforth will be charged RM1 per additional kg.
ii. Sabah & Sarawak
First 1kg is RM13.
Every additional 0.5kg henceforth will be charged RM6 per additional 0.5kg.
3. How long does the delivery take?
Deliveries will usually take about 3 to 6 working days. However, it might take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or if the courier chooses to close down for a few days.
4. Do you deliver to my location?
As we use J&T courier service, we will be unable to deliver your packages to certain areas due to road conditions, weather conditions, distance issues, communications issues, and restrictions / limitations placed by certain institutions and organizations. Please refer to this list of restricted areas and drop off points.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to locations in Malaysia. However, you may contact our team at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +6010-365 5255.
6. Can I request to change my shipping address after payment?
As long as a tracking number has not been generated, we will gladly assist you in changing your shipping address. Please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org titled as "Request to Change Address" or WhatsApp us at +6010-365 5255.
7. Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
J&T will arrange delivery services for a maximum of 2 times. If you would like us to dispatch your order to you again, additional charges will be applicable.
8. How do I track my order?
All deliveries come with a tracking number. You can find your order's tracking ID in the order confirmation email in your inbox. You can track your parcel here. Please allow 1 working day after dispatch for the order status to be updated.
9. I have not received my parcel. What do I do?
You will be able to track the status of your parcel here.
i. Key in your tracking number.
ii. Click "Track".
10. What do I do if I did not receive my order and the delivery status says "Delivered"?
